Each box is filled with 4-6 healthy, gourmet dog treats, toys and other products conveniently delivered to your door.
Why should I order
We scour the country to find you the latest and greatest in all-natural treats and other super cool dog products— things you can't find at the typical big-box pet store. When we discover new products that we love we share them with you. Every month you will be delighted with what we uncovered for you. This not only saves you time, but will save you money. The average dog owner spends around $40 a month on dog treats, toys and other products; it all adds up! Our boxes start at just $29.99 a month and go as low as $19.99, and they come automatically, so you're always ready for training or treating. It makes (dollars and) sense!
Where do the treats in the box come from?
We source our treats from high-quality, independent treat manufacturers that are vetted for safety and quality. The treats we send are safe, healthy and delicious, GUARANTEED.

What payment options do I have?
You can pay with VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.
When will I receive my first box?
Your first box will ship within a week of your order and arrive 2-7 business days after that. Each month thereafter, your box of goodies will ship on the 23rd of every month and arrive within a week.
Where is the tracking code for my order?
Tracking codes are available on your account page after your box has been shipped.
What if I change my address?
Not a problem, wherever your pup goes, we go. Just email us at with your updated information. Or better yet, login to your account and change the address directly on our site.
When will I be billed?
Your card is charged at the time of the first purchase. We renew subscriptions on the 7th of every month after that. If the 7th is coming up and you still haven't gotten your first box, don't worry about it - we won't bill you again until next month. We guarantee you at least three days from the USPS delivery for you and your pup to try out your new box. For pre-paid subscription packages (3-, 6-month and gift subscriptions), we charge your card for the full amount at the time of purchase. Subscription packages will automatically renew once the initial pre-paid package is completed. The renewal billings will happen the on the 7th of the month. Gift subscriptions (purchased through “Gift”) do not automatically renew.
Can I gift a subscription?
Absolutely! Our boxes are an excellent gift for friends of your pup or your favorite human-beasts. Just go to the order form and choose the gift option.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We hope you never leave us, but you can cancel by emailing or by calling us at (888) 364-8654. You will still receive any boxes that you have already paid for, but your subscription will not be renewed when it expires. Be sure to cancel before the 7th of the month (11:59pm Pacific on the 6th), before we begin our monthly billing cycle and start prepping your next box for shipment.
